Uncensored News is a news organization that places community voice at the heart of its evidence-based reportage on health and environment. Driven by uncompromising journalism, Uncensored News strives to publish impartial and well researched stories that ignite solutions-orientated discussions on health and environmental issues that daily affect ordinary citizens in Lesotho and across Africa.

Pascalinah
Pascalinah Kabi is the co-owner and Managing Editor of Uncensored News. She is the first Lesotho female investigative journalist to publish a book – Pollution, Profits and the People. The book exposes disastrous effects of mining operations on water courses poor, rural communities daily depend on for survival. Pascalinah has extensive newsroom experience and her work has been published in Lesotho, South Africa and Washington DC.
She is the recipient of prestigious international fellowships – International Women’s Media Foundation (2023); Pulitzer Centre (2023); Bertha Foundation (2022); Internews’ Earth Journalism Network (2021), Centre for Collaborative Investigative Journalism (2021), Africa-China Reporting Project (2018, 2021) by University of Witwaters
